from the abacus to the modern calculator, we have used these systems to give us results pertaining to queries we have relating to finance. every product class over time has evolved its own set of complex calculators factoring in several elements that go into determining the cost of a product to an end user.
right here, right now:
not everyone is born with a calculator in their head and abzurd knows how numbers can really be a pain so he developed a more advanced calculator than your scientific calculator, it is the abzulator (abzurd really tried to come out with another name for this calculator but since all the numbers clogged his brain he couldn't). there are calculators for insurance, banking, credit cards, tax and mutual funds.
under insurance a person can calculate his premiums eg for term insurance you enter your age, term of the policy, sum assured and select the premium payment frequency and then the abzulator calculates your premium.under banking for example take loans, you enter the amount borrowed, the tenure of the loan and the interest rate and it will calculate your emi.
about the mutual funds calculator, it was developed by abzurd when he just threw in some formulas and mixed them up to form this portion but he too is not sure of this calculator and its accuracy but he is working on it.
the only reason why abzurd came out with these calculators was so that you can plan your finances in a more organised manner. many of the calculators, under insurance and banking for example, are external links that specifically pertain to a certain product provided by the respective service provider. we try our best to keep these links updated and every now and again its possible due to system design changes at the external site end, the link may not work. if you do come across any such issues, do let abzurd know and he will ensure that the respective council member will do the needful and restore the broken link subject to availability.
the future:
